"Kowarete imasen yo          Danyaku ga tarinakatta desu ne"
  "It wasn't broken.  There wasn't enough ammunition, was there..."

  "It doesn't matter.  It's no use, anyway."

「みんな 逃げちゃいましたよ」

「戦争は 終りだ    国家への ギリもすんだ」

もちろん、まったく 役に立たなかった。

  The experimental tank unit at Kummersdorf also was rounded up for the defense of Berlin, but of course, they were completely useless.

ドイツ崩壊の時、東部戦線の多くのドイツ兵が 西へむかった。
Doitsu houkai no toki, toubu-sensen no ooku no Doitsu-hei ga nishi e mukatta.
  When Germany collapsed, many German soldiers from the Eastern Front made their way to the West.

アメリカ軍に 投降するためであった。
Amerika-gun ni toukou suru tame de atta.
  The reason was to surrender to the American army.
