• Have you read the submission guidelines?
• Have you proofread your fic for spelling and grammar errors?
• Have you removed all special characters (curly quotes, ellipsis, etc.)?
• Have you formatted your fic properly in plain text (ASCII)?

Help me classify your story:

• Language warning goes on stories with obscene or offensive language, e.g. the F word. I don't warn for "damn", "hell", or "whore", because life's too short.
• Content warning goes on stories involving any of the following: graphic violence; graphic sex (meaning descriptions involving normally clothed body parts); adult themes, e.g. rape, incest. I don't warn for death or, typically, prostitution, because c'mon.
• Crossovers involve characters or other elements of media other than Les Miz, e.g. Scarlet Pimpernel, X-Files, Moulin Rouge. They are marked with green bullets and cross-indexed on the Crossover page.
• Slash involves romance and/or sex between two men or two women. Slash fics are cross-indexed on the Slash page.
• Filks or parodies are stories which are based heavily on songs, skits, etc. such as an altered lyric to "On My Own" or a takeoff of Monty Python. They are generally marked with yellow bullets.
