  Below you will be able to find various forms and other information that may be useful to you as you prepare for summer camp. Among these are medical forms, suggested lists of what to bring to camp, directions to camp, and many other useful documents. .

Each Scout & Scouter MUST have a current medical examination with a Doctors & Parents signature

APPLICATIONS
Campership Application   Daniel Webster Council can provide assistance to boys who would not be able to attend camp without financial aid. A limited number of partial camperships are available to boys who demonstrate need.
Provisional Troop Information & Application Can't make it as a unit or would you like to stay for an additional week at camp? Hidden Valley will supply the leadership for your Scouts in our Pioneer/Provisional Unit.
Valley Voyageur Program Information & Application   Interested in partaking in the Valley Voyageur Program or just looking for some more information about it.
Camp Builders Application   Through efforts of Scouts, Scouters, interested volunteers, community organizations and company generosity, we continue to grow and expand our camping facilities and program offerings. Please help and join our efforts to keep our camps the best.
C.I.T. Application   If you are too young to be on camp staff but are interested in learning how to become the best staff member you could possibly be, you may want to apply for the Counselor In Training Program.
