Greetings Troop 266,

Another nice weekend and a great day for the Strawberry Festival.  Great job by all who helped to set up and help out at the festival and promote Scouting at our Troop display.

This week:

June 9 – Roundtable – All ASMs invited – this month at Camp Carpenter.

June 10 – Thursday – Court of Honor – 6:00 - Center School – This is a pot luck dinner and award ceremony for Scouts and their families

·  If your last name begins with A-J bring a Main Dish and a Side Dish

·  If your last name begins with K-Z bring a Main Dish and a Dessert

·        Scouts shall be in FULL Uniform

·        30 Rank Advancements,  74 Merit Badges

·        Sub Sale Awards

·        Uniform Inspection Awards

·        Portsmouth Air Show tickets will be available for Scouts to sell

·        Signup sheets available:

o       Flag Disposal – June 14 – (service hours) limit -10 Scouts

o       Portsmouth Air Show - Aug 27-29 

·        Opening and cleanup (with help) by the Bengal patrol.

June 14 – Monday – Flag Disposal – 6:00 – Cemetery on the Plain

June 17/18 – Thursday / Friday – Last day of School!

June 21 – Monday – 2010/2011 PLC Planning Meeting - 7:00 - Windham High School

June 26-27 – Whitewater Rafting trip – Trip full !  See Mr. Joseph to get on wait list.

Jul 1-4 – Adventure Base 100 in Boston – Rolling 100^th Anniversary Scout exhibit

Jul 11-17 – Camp Bell

Jul 25-31 – Hidden Valley

Aug 27-29 - Boston-Portsmouth Air Show – Camp for the weekend – meals provided - 2 day admission – all for $45
