MV Communications: Subnet request/justification

Subnet request/justification

Per ARIN guidelines all subnets allocations by by MV Communications to our customers must be justified in this way: you must have an immediate need for 25% of the usable IP addresses in the subnet, and have an expected need for 50% of the usable IP addresses within a year.
