MV Communications: Converting IP account type

You can convert one kind of IP account into another (say, from a standby account to a standard account). The following apply:

There is a $10 account conversion fee. We will generally waive this fee for any single conversion with a 2-month period.
An account type is valid on a month-to-month basis (i.e., conversions can only take effect on a month boundary, at the first day of the month). If you need to make an immediate conversion, we may convert an account retroactively to the beginning of the current month at our discretion.
Naturally, your new account will have the characteristics of its new type. For example, if you convert from a Standard Dialup IP account to a Standby IP account, any associated mailboxes will be lost.
i.e., the conversion must make sense.
