Traditional Dialup
We offer direct dialup access to most of NH and many areas of MA, VT, and ME.
Standard IP $22.50 This is our standard dialup access account. It includes up to 400 hours per month, personal web space, and up to 5 mailboxes.
Dedicated IP $40.00 For you if you need always-on, 24x7 dialup access. You have access to a dialup port that's always available to you. Add bonded access via multiple lines for only $30.00 per additional connection.
Standby IP $1.00 When you just need an occasional dialup connection and nothing else, this is it. For example, you may have other access (such as a DSL connection) and don't need to make a modem connection very often. Reserve the standby account for $1/month, and you are charged an additional $1/hour when you use it.
Includes only dialup: no mailboxes, no web space
Dormant IP $5.00 This is a stripped-down version of the Standard dialup IP account. We originally provided the dormant IP account for those who were moving, and wanted to maintain a forwarding address for a while, but didn't need dialup access any more. However we found that this was popular with people who just wanted a mailbox or web space and no dialup access. With the "dormant IP" account you still have mailboxes and webspace (although both are somewhat more limited than with the standard IP), without the modem access.
Convert IP type (see link) You may wish to convert your Dialup IP account from one type to another (say, from standard to standby). Follow the link for guidelines.
Telnet/SSH UNIX Shell $11.25 Gives you a login on our UNIX shell server, where you have command-line access to a wide range of UNIX tools. You access the UNIX shell account via telnet or ssh from another Internet location or from another type of account (such as Dialup IP or DSL).
Dialup Unix Shell $22.50 Just like the Telnet/SSH UNIX Shell account, but gives you access to the account via our dialup modem pools. Use up to 400 hours per month (extra usage is charged at $0.20 per hour).
UUCP (see link) Provides batch transfers of email via the UUCP protocol. (We continue to offer this because it's how we began, but truly we don't expect much interest here. But if you know what it is and want it, we still offer it!)

DSL
DSL (Digital Subscriber Loop) Technology brings you dedicated high-speed access over ordinary phone line wiring. We offer a variety of speeds and options-- please see the full DSL pages for complete information.
DSL/V starting at $25.00 DSL/V is our ADSL product, giving you high-speed, always on DSL connectivity using your Verizon voice line. (You can use your voice phone and your DSL connection at the same time.) We have a number of offerings at various speeds and prices. The basic $45.00 price point will get you a connection of up to 3.0M/768K (that's 3 million bits per second "down" towards you, 768 thousand bits per second in the "up" direction. (Actual speed is dependant on many factors, please follow the link for more information.)
FAQ   Frequently Asked Questions list.

Web Hosting
Name-based Exclusive $15.00 Our standard web page: your domain name with your own web content (e.g. if your domain is example.com, your web site can be accessed with www.example.com). Up to 100MB of storage and up to 10GB (that's 10 billion bytes) of data transferred per month.
IP-based Exclusive $30.00 Just like the Name-based Exclusive, but with its own unique IP address. This is not normally needed, except to support some very ancient web browsers. May also be required for some access controls or other special reasons. If you are one of the few that needs a unique IP address, you probably know it.
Standard/personal (see link) Many of our access accounts (such as Standard IP include free personal web hosting under the www.mv.com server name. Additional standard pages are also available.
Alias $5.00 Map your domain name to your standard/personal web space with a web alias. (e.g. if someone accesses your domain www.example.com, they will reach your standard web space via this alias.

Co-Location
Place your server at MV's collocation facility. Your server has access to the high bandwidth available at our center, and you have 24x7 cardkey access to your server.
Rackmount Server $250.00 Transfer up to 150GB per month (the equivalent of a sustained average of 512Kbps). Server should be rack-mountable in a standard 19" relay rack using center or end mounting, and should use no more than about 10U of vertical rack space. For more details, follow the link.
tower/other $300.00 If your server is not rackmountable, but is a more traditional form factor, we can still accomodate it. Price shown is for a standard tower or mini-tower case.
Personal Colo $75.00 Do you have a personal system that requires periodic access to high bandwidth? This may be for you. We can accomodate your personal system in our personal colocation pool. Follow the link for details.

High Speed Synchronous
Direct dedicated connections using high-speed carrier services. High Speed Services are offered in a variety of speeds and pricing. Follow the links for complete information.
Standard T1 (see link) Our standard usage T1 is designed for an end-user business or organization that makes traditional demands on the T1 circuit, and does not resell access or Internet services to others.
Full Usage T1 (see link) A full usage T1 is for you if you have a high demand for bandwidth, or resell access or Internet services to others.
Frame Relay (see link) A frame relay circuit is similar to A T1 circuit: it provides a direct dedicated connection to your location. It differs from a T1 in several regards, the most important being that we can serve several frame relay customers via a single connection at our facility. In this sense there is some sharing of our frame relay connection: thus our frame relay pricing is based on a standard usage model. Another important aspect of frame relay is that the price of the circuit is not affected by the distance in New Hampshire.
