(Writing Seminar is required each year at TMS)

• 1 credit of Health, including

— ½ credit elective Health
• 1 credit of Art

These minimum requirements leave room for many elective classes within the four years of high school, allowing students to choose courses in their own areas of highest interest. Students must be enrolled in a full course load each year at TMS.
It is recommended that students complete an additional ½ credit English elective, 1 credit each of Social Studies, Science and Mathematics, and at least 2 credits of a foreign language for college preparation. TMS offers Spanish classes; other language credits may be transferred.
TMS accepts transfer credits toward graduation from other schools, and also considers home-school portfolios for transfer credit.
Graduation also requires successful participation in work-study and exercise, and the successful completion of an Intersession project, each year at TMS. Students receive a credit of Home Economics for each year at TMS.
