About Us
Built by the Ordway family in 1850,
Stillmeadow rests on gentle acreage on
the Main Street of Hampstead, New
Hampshire. Our proximity to Sunset Lake,
cross-country conservation trails, the Robert
Frost Farm and major highways allows us to
provide more than just a comfortable room.
We proudly offer, in our formal dining room,
an expanded continental breakfast, including
homemade baked specialties. Complimentary
wine will greet you upon arrival, and the cookie jar
is always full at Stillmeadow. Our formal living room
with a woodstove is for our guests' enjoyment,
along with a private entry and stairway. You may stroll
to West Hampstead's gift shops, trails and orchards,
or enjoy our front porch, play yard and gardens.
We are conveniently located between I-93 and I-495;
an easy drive to the Seacoast, Mountains and Lakes Region,
as well as Portsmouth, Boston, Nashua and Manchester.
