Employee benefits are expensive, time consuming, and challenging and yet critical to employee morale and retention. There are State and Federal laws to contend with.

With the small business where the "Benefits Administrator" might also be the owner, VP, or some other fulltime job, the task is even more daunting.

How is Our Approach Different?

Any agency will be happy to sell you product. We believe in a different approach to helping businesses with their employee benefits issues.

  • First, our benefits specialist has an advanced degree in business management (MBA), and a lifetime of service to small groups in all facets of their operations. We have a deep understanding and empathy for what you must deal with, and we proceed accordingly.

  • We are creative problem solvers. For example, we just showed one of our clients how to erase a 37% rate hike and improve their benefits at the same time.

  • We are licensed with all the primary carriers in New Hampshire and are affiliated with a number of Master General Agents for a very broad array of products.

  • We do not concentrate business on just a couple of carriers for our own benefit (i.e., end of year override bonuses). Instead, we focus on what is most advantageous to the client.

  • Last, and we believe of significant value, we do get engaged in claims support and trouble shooting.
