Alpacas of Kilblaan Farm in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire.
Welcome to Alpacas of Kilblaan Farm, breeding quality alpacas in the beautiful Monadnock region of southern New Hampshire since 1997. We are a fulltime family run farm. Our alpaca herd of 40 alpacas is relatively small and our alpacas are carefully selected and bred for conformation; fineness, character and density of fleece; and behavioral traits. All of our breeding decisions are directed to improve the quality of our crias (baby alpacas). While we have some alpacas that are pure Peruvian or pure Chilean we believe that we can often improve on their lineage through crossing lineages; and base our breeding decisions, not on country of origin, but by carefully choosing each alpaca breeding pair for what both partners can bring to the table. All of our alpacas are registered with the Alpaca Registry International (ARI) We offer the following services:
JOIN US JUNE 28 FOR A ONE-DAY CLINIC FOR NEW AND NOT-SO-NEW BREEDERS WITH TIM LAVAN. SEE DETAILS AND REGISTER ON OUR "WHAT'S NEW" PAGE. Visitors are welcome. Call now to schedule a farm visit. New England and New Hampshire are a lovely place to visit in all seasons. We have several nice Bed and Breakfast establishments close by. Members of:
