Job-0006
- Senior Analog and Mixed-Signal Design Engineer
|
|
Description:
|
Design
analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for system and power
management products, including:
· Linear Regulators
· Switching Regulators (DC/DC Power Converters)
· Hot-Swap Controllers (Current Limiters, Circuit Breakers, etc.)
· Power-Over-Ethernet / Power-Over-LAN Products
· Microprocessor Supervisory Products
We design these products in our state-of-the-art Bipolar/CMOS/DMOS
processes.
Working side-by-side with the highest-caliber analog circuit designers,
you will have the opportunity to see your creative skill result in
commercially successful products.
Requirements:
BSEE and 5+ years relevant industry experience, or
MSEE / Ph.D. and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience in at least one of the
product areas listed above.
The successful applicant will have the ability to design fundamental
analog building blocks (references, regulators, amplifiers,
comparators, oscillators), and to make them work together in a modestly
complex system where understanding of the application is important.
Familiarity with both bipolar and CMOS design is preferable, and DMOS
design experience would be valuable.
High voltage design experience (i.e. telecom, up to 80V) and a good
understanding of process technology and semiconductor physics are also
very valuable.
