in the hospital at Louisville, Ky., December 8th, 1862, aged 21 years. Son of Rev. J. C. Hart. DANIEL KELSEY HART, Candor, N. Y., son of Daniel, born 1838. He was in Company A, 109th Regiment. He was killed in 1864, aged 26 years. CAPTAIN REUBEN HART, Southington, Conn., son of Deacon Thomas Hart, born 1729. He had a commission as ensign in 1777, of the 3d company of Alarm Lists, 15th Regiment, and a captain's commission signed by Jonathan Trumbull, Governor, and countersigned by George Wyllys, Secretary, dated 1778, and this commission is in possession of his family descendants. Died 1803. JOSEPH HART, Northington, now Avon, son of Joseph, born 1759. Died in 1777, in camp at Stamford, Conn., and his father died at New Haven on his return from the care of him. JOEL HART, Southington, son of Amos, born 1753, entered the army of the revolution, and died September, 1776, at Hackensack, N.J., aged 23 years. He was never married. THOMAS HART, Bristol, son of Thomas, of Southington, born 1755; entered the army of the revolution and in service, September, 1777, in his 23d year, and died of starvation in prison. JASON HART, Southington, third son of Thomas, born 1757; entered the army of the revolution, and died in that service December 27th, 1777, in his 21st year. He has a tomb-stone in Bristol, Conn. AMBROSE HART,, Burlington, second son of Simeon, of Southington; served in the revolutionary war; died, March, 1834, aged 71. He has a tomb-stone in Burlington, Conn. SELAH HART, Northington, third son of Noah, born 1760. He became insane in the army in consequence of his captain giving him a severe flogging. He died November 8th, 1816, at Northington, Conn., aged 56 years. FREDERIC HART, eldest son of Stephen Hart, of New Britain. He was a soldier in the late war, and was killed in North Carolina, January 30th, 1863, aged 27. He was born in 1836, at New Britain. ABEL HART, Bristol Conn., son of Thomas. He was a soldier of the revolution, and died of starvation as a prisoner of the British. He lived to reach Milford, Conn. His name is on the monument in the old cemetery there. He was born in 1756. LIEUTENANT SAMUEL HART, Durham, Conn. He was a lieutenant in the army of the revolution, was wounded at the battle of Saratoga, and drew a pension. Born 1735, at Wallingford; died in 1805, at Durham.
