Welcome to Mystic Acres Studios, home of fine quality handmade miniature scale horse tack. My name is Michelle McKenney, and I have been involved with real horses "since birth", and the model horse hobby since the early 1970's. Mystic Acres tack is owned by discriminating collectors around the world, and has graced numerous NAN champions and reserve champions since 1995. (For more info on NAN, see the NAMHSA link on my Friends page). All saddles are built upon resin trees for proper shape and durability. Most tack items are available in 1:9th scale ("Traditional" size) and 1:12th scale ("Classic" size). The majority of my work is through custom order, but occasionally I may list finished items here on the web site, so check back often.
