Keith, Julie and Fred did a bushwhack to South Deer Mtn. (3190-ft; Pittsburg, NH) in May 2008. We drove in Big Brook Bog Road then whacked north to the summit.

Because it is a long drive from Nashua to Pittsburg we opted for a multi-day set of hikes and stayed at Spruce Cone Cabins.
