This map is from a Master's degree thesis by Kym Hall. The thesis is titled: "A Baseline Data Study of the Hydrologic Regime and Wetland Plant Communities at Hackett Hill, Manchester, New Hampshire." It was presented to the Department of Environmental Studies, Antioch New England Graduate School, in February, 2002. The map, a TNC product, shows the proximity of the "sensitive development areas" (Lots 8 and 9) to the swampland to their west. It also shows the steep slope that allows for downhill drainage from the parking lots into the swamps. The watershed boundary line indicates that the planned development areas are clearly within the watershed of the swamps.
