Joyce and her story

Joyce was created using the elinor peace bailey pattern "THE CRITIC" with some
modifications. Joyce is fairly anatomically correct, and in the fall of 1996 when I was
making her she stood around on the couch nude for a few days while her face and hair
were being embroidered on. It takes a long time to add hair 6 strands at a time, you
know. One Friday afternoon I came home to find the garage door wide open when it shouldn’t have been. So, like the responsible citizen I try to be, I asked the local constabulary to come check out the premises before I entered. Two cruisers arrived in a very short period of time and after they checked around the perimeter they entered the house. Upon finishing the lower level, the older of the two officers proceeded to check upstairs where our main living area is. A few moments later the younger officer called up the stairs to see if everything was okay. He received a response (which I didn’t hear) and bounded up the stairs. About five minutes later they both came down and gave me the all clear. They were happy to inform me that there was no indication of burglars or prowlers. I walked them to their respective cruisers. They both commented on our lovely home and how nicely decorated it was. Thinking nothing of it, I thanked them for their time and for the compliment. Imagine my shock when I finally got upstairs and walked into the living room. There was "Joyce" in all her glory standing right where I had left her on the previous evening. Stark naked in the middle of the sofa! Sometimes I think it would be really nice to be a fly on the wall, don’t you think?
