Legislature Watch
CheNH is carefully watching the activities of the NH State Legislature.
o - SB337 Wrapup (New as of June 3, 2008)
o - HB1161 would change truancy statutes and create conflicts for home education compliance.
o - HB766 would change laws governing special education that would apply also to home educators.
o - CACR21 would put education control more in the hands of local jurisdictions. (This is good!)
