Error-Resistant Translation Process

Our translations proceed in four major steps:

1. Translation - Carried out by a subject specialist who translates the document into his/her native language. For larger and more complex jobs, we recommend starting the project with a glossary of the most important terms. If possible, it is advantageous to have that glossary checked by your in-country contacts.
2. Editing - The translation is reviewed by a native speaker of the target language for language accuracy, style, grammar, and completeness against the original document.
3. Formatting (upon request) - Typeset camera-ready copy or laser printout of document.
4. Proofing - Final check of document in the target language against the edited document for integration of edits, correct spelling, grammar and completeness of typesetting by an in-house proofreader.
