A: In order to keep the prices down and limit support staff, we do not offer monthly billing.
Q: Can I change what cards are displayed during the year ?
A: Yes, we recognize that people often have seasonal businesses like landscaping and snow plowing. Please allow sufficient lead time for us to get the cards over the Easter Seals office, and then distribute them for the next round of board updates.
Q: Is there a discount if I purchase more than one community zone ?
A: Yes, we offer a discount for volume business. When you purchase multiple community zones the discount is applied. There may also be a discount if you purchase all the community zones.
Q: Do you offer a discount to any business groups ?
A: Yes, we offer a discount to recognized business groups who support our program. The discount is based on two months of time in the boards.
Q: How long after I give you my business cards will appear in the boards ?
A: Easter Seals visits the boards approximately twice per month. If we have the cards they will go out in the next cycle of visits to the boards. It usually takes several days for the route to be completed, so they may not appear on one zone on the same day the appear in another.

A: Easter Seals visits the boards approximately twice per month. The schedule varies slightly based on weather conditions and their ability to get the clients and wheel chairs around.
Q: What should I do it I don't see my cards in one of the boards ?
A: The boards are in public places. Our service provides regular visits to the board locations to re-stock the business cards and remove any that might occlude customers cards. A quick look to see if someone has placed a card in front of yours at a specific location while you are there would be helpful. A quick look at the "Board Locations" will also help you determine if the location in question is in your zone. Please always feel free to call us and inquire. Chances are the next visit during the route will correct the problem, but if you don't see your card, we will do our best to address it as soon as possible.
