The wind whistled through what had been thought to be haunted woods as Jessica walked home, swinging her almost full bag of halloween candy. The cry of a wolf came from the woods, and at that moment a black cat jumped out in front of her. She had to hold. back a scream but she tried to comfort herself, "It's only a cat..".
A full moon apeared overhead from behind the dark, mysterious clouds. Jessica picked up her pace looking nervously over her shoulder. Suddenly she saw a rustle in the bushes in front of her. She turned to walk the other way as a large wolf-like animal jumped out at her. Jessica screamed and started to run in panic. As she turned to run the wolf reached out to grab her. As she looked up at him in terror the were-wolf ripped ther mask off from his face. "Hi Jessica" said Steve. Jessica reached out her hand and slapped Steve. As they started to walk home, Steve apollogized.
Out of nowhere the cat reappeared, crossing Steve's path. Not seeing the creature from inside the hot mask, Steve tripped and fell down onto the sidewalk. When they looked back to see what he tripped over there was a strange man standing there.
